Welcome to SenseOn’s Referral Program (the “Program”).
You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon submitting your Customer Registration webform through https://senseonreferralprogram-customerregist.splashthat.com/. Please use your work email address when completing your form. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as a ‘Referrer’ or to participate in the Program in any other manner.
In these terms and conditions, ‘Referred Company’ means any organisation that You (as a SenseOn’s customer who has successfully registered in the Program, being a ‘Referrer’) share your Link (as defined below) with as part of your engagement in the Program.
You may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation or any of your employer’s guidelines and rules. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with the above, and in no event shall SenseOn be held liable if your participation in the Program violates any law, regulation or workplace rule you are subject to.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon publishing. We may further amend, suspend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.
The Program is open to existing and previous customers of SenseOn who are based in the UK.
You acknowledge and agree that Referrals will only be valid if:
made to a business contact in the IT/Security team within the Referred Company who are involved in the technology decision making, or to a senior employee/ officer within the Referred Company who have managerial responsibilities or influence over vendors engagement;
made using the unique referral link (“Link”) provided by SenseOn to you (this is how we track referrals back to you);
the Referred Company is not already in conversation with SenseOn via any other channel; and
the Referred Company registers with us, or attend a demo session with SenseOn, within 30 days from the date you made the Referral or later at SenseOn’s discretion.
It is up for SenseOn to determine if a Referral is eligible or not.
Any Referral should be made in good faith based on all the information that is available to you and using your professional judgement.
If a Referred Company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first (at SenseOn’s discretion) will be deemed as the Referrer.
There is no limit to the number of Referred Companies you can refer to in our Program, but if a Referral is sent to multiple contacts within the same Referred Company this will be deemed a single Referral.
You understand that SenseOn may refer to your name (or other personal data about you) in communications we exchange with the Referred Company.
The rewards you are entitled for a Referral (e.g Amazon Gift Voucher or prize draw for a chance to win an iPad Mini) will be confirmed to you by e-mail, once your business contact registers with us or attend a demo session. The issue and use of any Amazon Gift Voucher will be subject to Amazon’s own terms at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200272910. SenseOn shall not be held liable for any failure or delay by Amazon arising out of, or in connection, with the issuance or use of the Amazon Gift Vouchers.
Referrals that have been made prior to the launch of the Program are not eligible for rewards.
You expressly understand and agree that your participation in the Program is at your sole risk, the Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and SenseOn expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and terms of any kind, whether express or implied by statute, common law or custom, including, but not limited to, warranties as to rewards offered through the participation in the Program, implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall SenseOn be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your participation in the Program or receipt of any reward awarded in connection with the Program.
SenseOn reserves the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at its sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws, regulations or their employers’ guidelines or rules. SenseOn may also prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving reward if (at its discretion) SenseOn determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices.
SenseOn reserves the right to withdraw or change the value of a reward, or replace the reward with an alternative, at any time, for any reason.
Personal data collected in connection with the Program (including contact details of Referrers and of business contacts within the Referred Companies) will only be processed in accordance with SenseOn’s privacy policy at https://www.senseon.io/privacy/.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
